Training Camp on Public International Law

TRAINING CAMP ON PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL LAW

 

ILMS Training Camp on Public International Law is started this weekend!!

The Camp aims to prepare students interested to take part in the upcoming Asia Cup, ICRC International Humanitarian Law and Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competitions.

FHUI students interested in becoming UI’s representation in the above mentioned competitions is necessitated to join the Camp. Performance during the Camp will be assessed and used as reference in the internal selections.

All sessions will be conducted at FHUI campus (C 304) starting from 10 am.

All applicants should first notify their participation to I Gusti Agung Putra Trisnajaya (08563762760) or Valdano Ruru (98941608) before the Camp to receive reading and research materials.

 
ILMS-FHUI Attains Accolades from 8th IHL Moot

Universitas Indonesia IHL Team attained Top 3 Prosecutor Team & Top 10 Memorial in the 8th Red Cross International Humanitarian Law Moot Court Competition in Hong Kong.

UI IHL Team won the National Round

UI has once again won the title of Champion in the ICRC National Round of International Humanitarian Law Moot Competition. UI Team beat up the teams from Universitas Brawijaya and Universitas Airlangga in the preliminary rounds, and impressively won the semifinal and final rounds over the team from Universitas Parahyangan.

Seminar on Forced Disappearance

SEMINAR ON FORCED DISAPPEARANCES

 

International Law Moot Court Society – Komisi untuk Orang Hilang dan Korban Tindak Kekerasan – Ikatan Keluarga Orang Hilang Indonesia – Asian Federation Against Involuntary Disappearance – Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Masyarakat

 


ILMS in association with KONTRAS, IKOHI, AFAD and LBH Masyarakat is organizing Seminar on Forced Disappearances as a commemoration of the World Day of Involuntary or Forced Disappearances.

 

The seminar is designed to provide a thorough update to the notorious abduction cases of the 1997-1998 activists in Indonesia, a comparation to similar cases in Asia and Latin America, and legal analysis.
